Eligibility Criteria / Target Group

The Enterprise AI Practitioner program, sponsored by the Axiata Foundation and the Ministry of Finance (MOF) Matching Grant under Belanjawan 2025, is now open to:

• Malaysian Citizens only
• Youth aged between 21 and 30 years old.
• Holders of a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field of study.
• Individuals from households with a total monthly income of RM4,850 and below, classified under the B40 income category.
• No guarantor required
• Applicants must not have received, nor be currently receiving, any scholarships or financial aid from other government or private agencies.

Required Supporting Documents

1. Copy of Identity Card (IC) – in colour
2. Latest Resume (CV), Latest Academic Certificate and Mini Transcript – Diploma or Degree level
3. Active Bank Statement Header (latest one page) – for allowance disbursement purposes
4. Screenshot of Sumbangan Tunai Rahmah (STR) Status – for Parents, Applicant, and Spouse (if married); OR Three (3) months of recent payslips – for Parents (if the applicant is a fresh graduate) and/or Spouse (if married); OR If unemployed, please provide the most recent income slip.
5. Income Declaration Form verified and signed by Government Officer (Management & Professional Group – Grade A)/ Village Head / Community Association Chairperson, Imam / Mosque Committee Head/ Village Development & Security Committee (JKKK) Chairperson/ District Development/ Commissioner for Oaths
   
   Remark:   If unemployed, please provide the most recent Income Declaration verified and signed by an authorized officer — applicable to both self and spouse (if married).  

Program Allowance

Each eligible participant will receive a training allowance of RM100 upon successful participation in the program. The allowance will be disbursed directly into the participant’s active personal bank account registered during the application process.
