CADS Data Star is a fully sponsored accelerator program for graduates with Bachelor's, Master or Ph.D. The program includes
- 1 to 2 months of in-class intensive Data Science enablement training & mentorship with experienced data scientists

Potential 12 months placement with CADS’ industry partners to put the theory you learned into practice. You’ll even earn an allowance during your placement. Your learning does not end after the training as you will get guidance for the next 9 - 12 months.
Learning Specializations
We provide participants with the foundation skill sets for each of the knowledge areas. Our courses include lectures and lab sessions, hands-on programming and interactive learning. Each path includes an opportunity for mentorship, project presentation and soft skill development.
Junior Data Scientist
A practical fast-paced, hands-on training for participants to explore the interdisciplinary field of data science.
The course teaches participants to think in a data scientific way, conduct or approximate experiment data rigorously, develop predictive models and monitor model outputs.
Data Analyst
Equips participants with the ability to set up and run an analysis using R, analyze data correctly, and communicate and visualize findings well.
Participants will also be taught to extract insights and knowledge from data.
Data Engineer
Enables participants to understand the importance of data management and realize the value of an organization's data.
The focus will be on broadening their activity towards the whole data life-cycle.
Education Experience & Age
Data Star program is open to fresh graduates (28 years old and below) with Bachelors, Masters or PhDs.

Commitment
Only graduate who is available for full time learning for 2 months will be considered. Upon completion of the training, the candidate must enter the workforce for 9 - 12 months.

Step 1: Start the application

Step 2: Register an account & verify your email
Fill up your details to register your new CADS account and verify your email.
Step 3: Submit application and complete assessment
Log in with your email and password, fill up the Data Star application form and complete the two assessments sent to you via email.
Step 4: Selection and interview
Selected candidates will be notified for an interview session. Successful candidates will be offered sponsorship by our sponsors for the upcoming cohort.
Step 5: Complete intensive training
Committed candidates will undergo 1-2 months of intensive training with experienced data scientists and industry experts. Candidates will be exposed to industry partners for career development skills.
Step 6: Industry job placement
12 months of industry job placement will ensure that candidates can kickstart and embark on the journey to becoming an experienced data specialist.
